By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are legally permitted to purchase and possess these items in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where we reasonably believe this requirement isn't met.

Products & Pricing

We make every effort to display accurate product information, specifications, and pricing. However, errors may occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing or listing error after you've placed an order, we will contact you before shipment, and you may choose to proceed at the corrected price or cancel your order for a full refund.

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise.

Orders & Payment

Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our sole discretion — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider; we do not store your full payment card details.

Intended Use & Safety

Our knives are sold for lawful everyday carry, outdoor, and collecting purposes. It is your responsibility to use any product safely, appropriately, and in accordance with the laws of your area, including any restrictions on carrying knives in public. We are not liable for any injury, loss, or legal consequence arising from misuse, negligent use, or unlawful use of a product purchased from us.

Returns, Refunds & Warranty

Returns, refunds, and manufacturer warranty claims are handled in accordance with our separate Refund, Returns & Warranty policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, product descriptions, images, and logos — is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission. Brand names, trademarks, and logos of WE Knife Co., CIVIVI, and SENCUT belong to the relevant enity and are used with permission of such entity to describe genuine, authorized products.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our products, beyond the value of the product purchased. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 that cannot lawfully be excluded.
